Foundation assists Hong Kong students pursuing undergraduate studies at U of T

Aspiring engineer Amy Tsui is the 1999 recipient of the University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation Scholarship. Since its inception in 1995, the foundation has raised scholarship money to assist Hong Kong students who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at U of T. Recipients of the 1999 Cheng Yu-Tung scholarships are: Lawrence Hoi Chu and Stanley Fung, both in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering; Polly Pui Yi Chan (sciences, Innis College); and Yves Yui Ho Cheung (sciences, New College). The new Fung Yiu King Memorial Scholarship in commerce will be awarded for the first time in September 2000. For more information on the scholarship program visit: www.utoronto.com.hk/scholarships
